# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 190: Amendments to the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991


In Rule 1.24 in paragraph (2)(ca) for the words “whether the proceedings are main proceedings, secondary proceedings or territorial proceedings;” substitute “whether the proceedings are COMI proceedings, establishment proceedings, or proceedings to which the EU Regulation as it has effect in the law of the United Kingdom does not apply;”.
