# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 35


In section 387 in subsection (3)—
(a) omit paragraphs (aa) and (ab);
(b) in paragraph (b) omit “, (aa) or (ab)”;
(c) in paragraph (ba) omit “, (aa), (ab)”;
(d) in paragraph (c) omit “, (aa), (ab)”.
