# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 73


In rule 7.9 in paragraph (3)—
(a) insert after sub-paragraph (b) “or”, and
(b) omit sub-paragraph (d) and the “or” preceding it.
