# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 88


In rule 10.12 in paragraph (4)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a) insert “and”; and
(b) omit sub-paragraph (c) and the “and” preceding it.
