The Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 45 (effect of floating charge on winding up)—

(a)

omit subsection (2),

(b)

in subsection (7)—

(i)

omit paragraph (a), and

(ii)

in paragraph (b), omit “in any other case,”, and

(c)

omit subsection (8).
