# The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Article 11: Voluntary arrangements: minor amendments


(1) Schedule A1 to the 1989 Order (moratorium where directors propose voluntary arrangement) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2(1)(a) for “paragraph 4” substitute “paragraphs 4 to 7”.
(3) In paragraph 23(4), paragraphs (b) and (c) shall cease to have effect.
