# The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Article 20: Repeal of certain bankruptcy offences


The following Articles of the 1989 Order shall cease to have effect—
(a) Article 332 (offence of failure to keep proper accounting records), and
(b) Article 333 (offence of gambling and speculation).
