  "text": "(1) The following shall be substituted for section 4(1)(b) of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 (c. 9) (disqualification for membership of district council: bankrupt)—\n“(b) is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or interim order;”.\n(2) Section 5 of that Act (which amplifies the provision substituted by paragraph (1)) shall cease to have effect.",
