  "text": "This draft Scottish Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft Scottish Statutory Instrument of the same title published on 23 January 2019 (ISBN 978-0-11-104057-7) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that previously published draft Scottish Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under paragraph 2(2) of schedule 2 of the European Communities Act 1972 and paragraph 1(6) of schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nEnvironmental Protection\nPublic Sector Information\nMade 2019\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, paragraph 1(1) and (3) of schedule 2 and paragraph 21 of schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with paragraph 2(2) of schedule 2 of the European Communities Act 1972 and paragraph 1(6) of schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
