  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“integration loan” means a loan granted in accordance with these Regulations;\n“applicant” means an applicant for an integration loan, and “application” is to be construed accordingly;\n“decision” means a decision of the Secretary of State on an application;\n“dependant” in relation to an applicant has the same meaning as dependant in relation to an asylum seeker under section 94(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;\n“immigration rules” means the rules made under section 3(2) of the Immigration Act 1971;\n“financial position” means, in relation to an applicant, the following factors taken together—\n(a) his income;\n(b) his assets;\n(c) his liabilities;\n(d) his outgoings;\n(e) the number of dependants he has.",
