# The Intellectual Property (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 23


Schedule 5, Part 1 (Fees payable in respect of a re-registered design or a re-registered international design) is amended as follows—
(a) in paragraph 1(2)—
(i) omit “of six months”;
(ii) for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”;
(b) in paragraph 1(3)—
(i) for “ending” substitute “beginning”;
(ii) for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
