  "text": "In Regulation 52(3) in the insertion after Article 1(e) of Regulation (EC) No 469/2009—\n(a) for paragraph (g), substitute—\n“(g) ‘court’ means—\n(i) as respects England and Wales, the High Court;\n(ii) as respects Scotland, the Court of Session;\n(iii) as respects Northern Ireland, the High Court in Northern Ireland;” and\n(b) in paragraph (j), after “granted” insert “or having effect as if granted”.",
