# The Intellectual Property (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 39


In Schedule A1—
(a) in paragraph 1, omit the definition of “Council Regulation”;
(b) in paragraph 3(3), for “Article 14(3) fourth indent of the Council Regulation”, substitute “regulation 20A of the Plant Breeders’ Rights Regulations 1998”;
(c) in paragraph 4, for “Article 14(3) third indent of the Council Regulation”, substitute “section 9(10) of the Plant Varieties Act 1997”.
