# The Interchange Fee (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 8: Licensing


(1) Article 6 (licensing) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
