# The International Fund for Agricultural Development (Thirteenth Replenishment) Order 2026, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the Fund” means the International Fund for Agricultural Development established by an agreement dated 13th June 1976 as ratified by the Government on 9th September 1977;
“the Government” means the Government of the United Kingdom;
“the Resolution” means Resolution 235/XLVII on the Thirteenth Replenishment of the Fund’s Resources adopted by the Governing Council of the Fund on 14th February 2024.
