  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order approves the making of a payment on behalf of the Government of the United Kingdom to the International Fund for Agricultural Development of a sum not exceeding £36,960,000. The payment approved by this Order will be made pursuant to arrangements made between the Government and the International Fund for Agricultural Development in accordance with Resolution 219/XLIV on the Twelfth Replenishment of the Fund’s Resources adopted by the Governing Council of the Fund on 18th February 2021. The Order also provides for the redemption of non-interest-bearing and non-negotiable notes by the Secretary of State pursuant to those arrangements.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.\nThe provisions of Resolution 219/XLIV may be obtained by application to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, King Charles Street, London SW1A 2AH and are available online at https://webapps.ifad.org/members/gc/44/docs/GC-44-Resolutions.pdf.",
