# The International Waste Shipments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 2: Commencement


(1) This Part and Part 2 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(2) Parts 3, 4 and 5 come into force on exit day.
