# The International Waste Shipments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, Regulation 26: Amendments to Article 42


(1) Article 42 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Great Britain”.
(3) In paragraph 5(a), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Great Britain”.
