# The International Waste Shipments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, Regulation 28: Amendments to Article 44


(1) Article 44 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Great Britain”.
(3) In paragraph 5(a), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Great Britain”.
