# The Investigatory Powers (Technical Capability) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 2


To provide and maintain the capability to ensure the obtaining of any communications, equipment data or other information which is authorised by a warrant, and to disclose anything obtained under a warrant, within such a period as may be specified in the technical capability notice.
