  "text": "(1) The existing electoral divisions of the Isle of Wight are abolished.\n(2) The Isle of Wight is divided into the 39 electoral divisions listed in Schedule 1.\n(3) Each division comprises the area identified on the map by reference to the name of the division.\n(4) The number of councillors to be elected for each division is one.",
