  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on the fourteenth day after the day on which they are made.\n(2) In these Regulations, “the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations” means the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996.",
