# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999, Regulation 4: Actively seeking employment in the period at the beginning of a claim


In regulation 18A(1) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations, after the words “in any case” there shall be inserted the words “, other than a case which falls within regulation 19(1)(i) or (s),”.
