Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of regulation 5, on the day after the day on which they are made;

(b)

for all other purposes, on 1st January 2003.
