Regulation 29 Sanctionable failures under section 6J of the Act: work placements

Mandatory Work Activity is prescribed as a work placement for the purpose of section 6J(2)(a) of the Act (sanctionable failure not to comply with a work preparation requirement to undertake a work placement).

(2)

“Mandatory Work Activity” is a scheme which provides work or work preparation.
