  "heading": "Application of regulations where there is dual entitlement",
  "text": "(1) This regulation applies where a person is entitled to universal credit and a jobseeker’s allowance.\n(2) The work-related requirements under sections 6B to 6I of the Act and regulations 9 to16 of these Regulations do not apply to such a person.\n(3) Reductions relating to the award of a jobseeker’s allowance under section 6J or 6K of the Act and regulations 17 to 29 of these Regulations do not apply to such a person.",
