# The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 2013, Regulation 50: Deductions in respect of earnings


The deduction in respect of earnings which falls to be made in accordance with section 4(1)(b) of the Act is an amount equal to the weekly amount of the claimant’s earnings calculated in accordance with Part 7.
