# The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 2013, Paragraph 13


In this Schedule “part-time employment” means employment in which the person is not to be treated as engaged in remunerative work under regulation 43 or 44 (persons treated as engaged, or not engaged, in remunerative work).
