  "text": "The following provisions of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Employment, Skills and Enterprise Scheme) Regulations 2011 are revoked—\n(a) regulations 7 (good cause), 8 (consequences of failure to participate in the scheme), 9 (hardship), 10 (hardship for joint-claim couples) and 17 (consequential amendments relating to decisions and appeals);\n(b) sub-paragraph (c) of regulation 18(2) (contracting out certain functions of the scheme) and the “and” which precedes it.",
