  "text": "Draft laid before Parliament under section 144(4) and (5)(e) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nJudicial Appointments And Discipline\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Lord Chancellor, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(b), 3B, 3C, 6A, 11(2), 13, 14 and 17A of Schedule 12 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005.\nThe Lord Chief Justice agrees to the making of these Regulations in accordance with paragraphs 1(b), 3B, 3C, 6A, 11(2), 13 and 14 of Schedule 12 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005.\nA draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 144(4) and (5)(e) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005.",
