Regulation 16 Vice-chairman

For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 11 (Vice-chairman) of Schedule 12 to the 2005 Act^f1 seniority is by office held at the time (first Lord Justice of Appeal, then puisne judge, then the offices mentioned in regulation 5, then circuit judge, then the offices mentioned in regulation 4(2)(e), then the offices mentioned in regulation 4(3) and then the offices mentioned in regulation 6(2) but only where the office-holder has never practised or been employed as a lawyer).
