  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 2005 Act” means the Constitutional Reform Act 2005;\n“holder of judicial office” has the meaning given by regulation 7;\n“lay member” has the meaning given by regulation 8;\n“non-legally qualified judicial member” has the meaning given by regulation 6;\n“non-legally qualified person” has the same meaning as in section 27(11) of the 2005 Act;\n“senior tribunal office-holder member” has the meaning given by regulation 5.",
