  "text": "(1) After complying with section 88 the Commission must submit a report to the appropriate authority.\n(2) The report must—\n(a) describe the selection process;\n(b) state the selection made;\n(c) state any recommendation made in consultation under regulation 30 by a person consulted;\n(d) give reasons in any case where the Commission has not followed such a recommendation;\n(e) contain any other information required by the appropriate authority.\n(3) The report must be in a form approved by the appropriate authority.\n(4) After submitting the report the Commission must provide any further information the appropriate authority may require.",
