# The Judicial Appointments Regulations 2013, Regulation 45: Effect of acceptance of selection


(1) This regulation applies where the Lord Chief Justice accepts a selection made under this Part.
(2) The person selected becomes a member of the pool for requests under section 9(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981.
