  "text": "(1) After complying with section 70(2) the selection panel must submit a report to the Lord Chancellor.\n(2) The report must—\n(a) state who has been selected;\n(b) contain any other information required by the Lord Chancellor.\n(3) The report must be in a form approved by the Lord Chancellor.\n(4) After submitting the report the selection panel must provide any further information which the Lord Chancellor may require.",
