# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 2017, Regulation 16: Administrative expenses


Any administrative expenses incurred by the authorised provider by virtue of acting as such under these Regulations may be defrayed, to the extent agreed by the scheme manager, out of the realisable value of any investments made by the authorised provider in respect of the AVC member under regulation 11.
