Regulation 13 Amendment of the Judicial Pensions Regulations 2015

In regulation 121 (amount payable on death in service)—

(a)

in paragraph (2) for “an existing” substitute “a relevant”, and

(b)

after paragraph (7) insert—

“(8)

In this regulation a reference to “pensionable service” in relation to the Fee-Paid Judges Scheme is a reference to qualifying judicial service.”.
