Regulation 15 Amendment of the Judicial Pensions Regulations 2015

In regulation 153 (forfeiture: relevant monetary obligations and relevant monetary losses), in paragraph (5)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (c) of the definition of “relevant monetary obligation” for “criminal, fraudulent or negligent” substitute “criminal or fraudulent”, and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant monetary loss” for “criminal, fraudulent or negligent” substitute “criminal or fraudulent”.
