# The Judicial Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 16: Amendment of the Judicial Pensions Regulations 2015


In regulation 154 (set-off)—
(a) after paragraph (3)(a), insert—
“(aa) arose out of P’s criminal or fraudulent act or omission;”, and
(b) in paragraph (4)(b), for “criminal, fraudulent or negligent” substitute “criminal or fraudulent”.
