# The Judicial Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 19: Amendment of regulation 69A


In regulation 69A(7) (commutation of small pensions), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “the commutation provisions”, for “Part 8” substitute “Chapter 2 of Part 2B or Part 6 of these Regulations”.
