# The Judicial Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 27: Amendment of regulation 128D


In regulation 128D(2) (assumed dates etc.), at the end, insert “and after the commencement of the member’s reckonable service for which benefits are to be calculated under the pre-1995 provisions”.
