# The Judicial Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 41: Amendment of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (Judicial Offices) Order 2015


In the Schedule (specified judicial offices) to the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (Judicial Offices) Order 2015, after the entry for “Chairman of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board” insert—
“Member (Chair Only) First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber) Criminal Injuries Compensation”.
