  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Assembly under section 24(1) of the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014, for approval by resolution of the Assembly.\nPublic Service Pensions\nMade 2016\nComing into operation in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Department of Justice makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(b), 2(1) and 3(1), (2), (3)(a) and (4) and paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to, the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014.\nIn accordance with section 21 of that Act, the Department of Justice has consulted such persons and representatives of such persons as appear to it likely to be affected by these Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, the Department of Finance and Personnel has consented to the making of these Regulations.\nPursuant to section 24(1) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of the Assembly.",
