  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Judicial Pensions (Fee-Paid Judges) Regulations 2017 (“the 2017 Regulations”) by adding nine judicial offices to the Schedule, and making minor amendments. This clarifies the periods for which part-time judges holding these offices are eligible to receive a pension under the 2017 Regulations.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no significant impact on the costs of business or the voluntary sector is foreseen.",
