  "text": "This Part—\n(a) supplements the rights conferred by or under Chapter 4 of Part 4 (transfer values) of PSA 1993 and is without prejudice to that Chapter; and\n(b) supplements the rights conferred by or under Chapter 5 of that Part (early leavers: cash transfer sums and contribution refunds) and is without prejudice to that Chapter.",
