# The Judicial Pensions Regulations 2015, Regulation 160: General prohibition on unauthorised payments


Nothing in these Regulations requires or authorises the making of any payment, which, if made, would be an unauthorised payment for the purposes of Part 4 (pension schemes etc.) of FA 2004 (see section 160(5) (payments by registered pension schemes) of that Act).
