  "heading": "Judicial Pension Board: establishment",
  "text": "(1) A pension board (“the Judicial Pension Board”) is established.\n(2) The Judicial Pension Board is responsible for assisting the scheme manager—\n(a) to secure compliance with—\n(i) these Regulations;\n(ii) any other legislation relating to the governance and administration of this scheme and of any statutory pension scheme that is connected with it; and\n(iii) any requirements imposed by the Pensions Regulator in relation to this scheme or any statutory pension scheme that is connected with it; and\n(b) in the performance of the scheme manager’s functions under these Regulations.\n(3) The Judicial Pension Board may determine its own procedures.",
