Regulation 9 Scheme advisory board: establishment

A scheme advisory board is established.

The scheme advisory board is responsible for providing advice to the Lord Chancellor, at the Lord Chancellor’s request, on the desirability of making changes to this scheme.

The scheme advisory board may determine its own procedures, subject to the approval of the Lord Chancellor.
