# The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 11: Amendments to the import regime


(1) Article 8 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “The Commission”, substitute “The United Kingdom competent authority”;
(b) omit “or Greenland”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
