# The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 19: Amendments to the export regime


(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “Commission”, substitute “United Kingdom competent authority”;
(b) for “Community” (in the first place it occurs), substitute “United Kingdom”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
